Can you care for senior, anxious or medical-needs pets?
Absolutely! I have professional training and experience caring for senior, anxious, rescue and medical-needs pets.
I understand that some pets need extra patience, reassurance and a gentler approach. I take the time to understand their routines, personalities and individual needs so they can remain safe, settled and comfortable in their own home.
Can medication be administered while I'm away?
Yes. I'm trained and experienced in administering pet medications, including supporting pets with ongoing medical needs.
All medication is administered according to veterinary instructions and your pet's established routine. Medication requirements are discussed during our complimentary Meet & Greet to ensure I can safely provide the care needed.
Do you personally provide every booking?
Always! Nanna Jens Services is my own little business, and I personally handle every aspect of your booking.
From your initial enquiry and complimentary Meet & Greet to caring for your pets, providing updates and welcoming you home, it's always me — Jen.
No rotating carers or unfamiliar faces. Just one trusted person throughout your booking.
