Nanna Jen stayed at my home and looked after my two senior dogs who required medication and my two senior cats one of whom is quite difficult to win over but she was sitting with Jen on the first night. Very professional and caring. She sent plenty of updates and pics and left my home immaculate. I would highly recommend her services.

Jen looked after my beautiful little
Boy Jackson. I felt comfortable leaving my fur baby and Jen gave my dog his medication when needed. She also walked him, and he was extremely comfortable and excited to see her. I highly recommend Jen to look after any one’s fur baby.

Nanna Jen looked after our 2 puppies for 9 days. All went smoothly. We never thought this would be possible but Jen worked with them over the past 6 months and got them to trust her. Jen took care of our Rottweiler for the weekend. From the moment she arrived she formed a bond with our girl. Being a rescue dog she is often untrusting of people. First occasion I had to leave because my Mother passed away..it was a very stressful and emotional time…but Jen was so caring and kept me updated every day…it was a relief I didn’t have to worry about my furbabies at such a hard time..

Nanna Jen has just recently looked after our dog Rusty and cat Paw Paw at our home for 10 days while we were away on holiday. Jen was very professional and from our very first meeting a few days before the holiday, it was clear to me that she loves animals! While we were away, she updated me every day with photos and let me know how they were doing. One night our electricity went out at home, and she dealt with the unexpectedness with ease and even reset the pool filter for us the next day. When we returned, the house was so clean and tidy (maybe even cleaner than when we left :-), she had even put on a load of washing and it was in the dryer ready to be packed away.

I would totally recommend Jen to anyone looking for a pet sitter, worth every cent to know your pets and home are being cared for by someone like Jen.
