Whether it's overnight stays, daytime care, drop-in visits, or wellness sessions, the goal is to ensure your pets feel safe and loved.
Complimentary Meet and Greet
To create a safe and welcoming space for all pets and Nanna Jen during the first meeting, please keep your pet on a leash or in a secure area until everyone feels at ease. This step is important for ensuring a positive experience, helping Nanna Jen to establish a trusting bond with your pet.
Payment
To secure your booking with Nanna Jens Services, a 25% deposit is required within 7 days of making your booking. This deposit is essential to confirm your booking and ensure that your requested date and services are reserved for you.
The remaining balance of your payment is due 7 days prior to the start date of the services you have booked. Please note that your booking will only be officially confirmed once the initial deposit has been received and processed.
All financial transactions are managed through a invoice system for your convenience and security. Payments should be made via bank deposit, and detailed bank information will be provided at the end of your invoice.

Cancellations

Cancellations with Less Than 14 Days' Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment and provide less than 14 days' notice, please be aware that you will be charged the full fee for the service. Cancellations After the 14-Day Period: For cancellations made after the 14-day notice period, while the full payment will still be charged, Nanna Jen offers a credit for future bookings. This credit can be used for any services within two months of the cancellation date. This aspect of the policy is designed to give you the opportunity to reschedule your appointment without incurring a total loss.
